Annual audit of a Cypriot company
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I am looking for a professional auditor to conduct an annual audit of my small Cypriot company. And preparation for filing Form HE 32. The ideal candidate should have experience in auditing small to medium-sized companies and be familiar with the audit regulations in Cyprus.
Size of the Company:
- My company has less than 10 employees, so the auditor should be able to handle the audit requirements for a small-sized company.
Preferred Audit Methodology:
- As long as the audit is thorough, I am open to suggestions regarding the audit methodology. The auditor should be able to propose a suitable methodology based on the company's size and industry.
Focus Areas:
- I would like a general audit of the company, without specific focus areas. The auditor should ensure that all aspects of the company's financial statements and internal controls are thoroughly examined.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in auditing small to medium-sized companies.
- Familiarity with audit regulations in Cyprus.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and internal controls.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential risks or issues.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate audit findings and recommendations to the company's management.
