Annual Non-Profit Financial Audit

I need an independent professional to perform a full financial audit of our nonprofit’s most recent fiscal year. We are a small organization with annual revenue under $1 million, so the scope is focused but still must satisfy board members, major donors, and any regulatory inquiries.

Our books are maintained on QuickBooks Online, fully reconciled, and organized by class for programs, administration, and fundraising. I can provide read-only access along with bank statements, grant agreements, and prior-year financials as soon as we agree on the engagement.

The assignment covers only our annual reporting period. You will examine the accounts, test supporting documentation, and compile audited financial statements that adhere to standard nonprofit accounting principles. I would also value any practical insights you have on strengthening internal controls.

Deliverables
• Audited financial statements for the fiscal year with an independent auditor’s opinion
• Management letter detailing material findings and actionable recommendations
• Brief summary (presentation or two-page memo) for the board of directors
