SEC Philippines Annual Audited Financial Statements Creation

I need an Accountant who can prepare annual audited financial statements required by the SEC Philippines for my One Person Corporation (OPC). I'm looking for someone who can provide the documents before January 20. My corporation has had 0 PHP income and 0 PHP costs as it's recently started.
Key Tasks to be performed:
- Development of the Income Statement
- Mixing up of Balance sheet
- Assembling the Cash Flow Statement
Ideal skills and experience:
- Certified Public Accountant, preferably with experience in creating SEC-compliant reports
- Familiarity with Philippines financial regulations
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet strict deadlines. Note - The project completion is necessary before Janyary 20.
