Annual Audit work for our German company registered in Frankfurt

we are looking for some one to carry out the annual company audit work and necessary co-ordination with authorities in Frankfurt to keep all audit and accounting works updated and finalise audit balance sheet each year. Company is not carrying out any commercial activities at the moment but just maintaining a registered office in Frankfurt. we plan to do commercial activities in near future. there are some out standing audit work for last few years not completed. Management of company is located in UAE. Person should be well aware on German chamber of commerce rules, company regulations and taxes etc with hands on past experience.
