Amortization schedule

I am looking for someone to create an adjustable amortization schedule for a personal loan I currently have in place with option to extend the loan up to 12 konths. I have all the details about the loan, including the type of loan and time frame of the loan. I would like for the schedule to be adjustable so that I can change the payment frequency or amount as necessary. You must be able to provide me with a detailed and easy to read schedule that outlines all the details of the loan including payment amount, balance due and date of the last payment.
