Bookkeeper – Duties & Responsibilities:
The bookkeeper will record and categorize approximately 50 Amazon-related bank transactions in QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the chart of accounts. They will reconcile all transactions with the provided bank statement, resolve discrepancies, and ensure the account is balanced. Amazon payouts will be broken down into sales, refunds, and fees manually or using reports. The bookkeeper will review supporting documents, request clarification if needed, and maintain confidentiality. Regular updates will be provided, along with a summary report upon completion. The task is expected to be completed within 1–2 business days.
