We are looking for a highly accurate and communicative administrative professional to ensure smooth accounts receivable management, sales operations, and administrative workflows. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
With a structured and proactive approach, you will ensure timely payments, effective customer communication, and flawless administrative processes.
This is a freelance role for approximately 1-2 hours per day, with the potential for more in the future.
What You Will Be Doing.
- Accounts Receivable Management:
Following up on outstanding invoices and payment reminders.
- Sales Operations & Administrative Support:
Assisting sales and finance teams with administrative tasks.
-Customer Communication & Support:
Handling inquiries related to payments and invoices professionally.
- Process Management & Optimization:
Efficiently managing and improving internal workflows (e.g., in Trello).

Strong communicator & customer-focused – You handle customer and team interactions professionally.
Proven experience in accounts receivable & financial administration – You understand payment follow-ups.
