Admin & Bookkeeping Assistant - Home Office
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD

This company will offer an experienced administration assistant a flexible working environment; work from home office with support on a part-time bases with potential to go full-time.
The role itself?
Reporting to the Country Manager, the successful person will be responsible for:
Communicating internally and externally via email to colleagues and business contacts
Process oversea purchase orders on inventory system (Unleashed)
Stock reconciliations & adjustments; process sales orders, & organise delivery
Preparer invoices and statements for customers
Prepare monthly list for Accounts Payables
Set up Fixed Assets and Depreciation on accounting system (Xero)
Bank reconciliations; Prepare quarterly reports including P&L, balance sheet, stock on hand list
Intercompany reconciliations
Prepare annual budget
Update monthly cashflow / forecast
What kind of person will fit the role?
Proven experience and understanding of SME bookkeeping processes
Previous experience in inventory software programs
Knowledge of the Australia taxation system (mainly GST)
Professional communication skills, both oral and written, and an ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
High level of computer and technological literacy
