Accounts monitoring for Malawi LLC company

The owner of a small Malawi LLC company that assembles and installs solar systems for low-income Malawians needs help maintaining accounting documentation for business operations.
This requires a weekly communication with the proprietor of the company via Whatsapp to monitor expenses, get copies of receipts and get updates of accounts. Operating cash accounts are maintained in a handwritten notebook which is shared with pictures over Whatsapp. The proprietor also keeps an accounting of total business accounts in an Excel spreadsheet which has accounts divided into nine sub-accounts.
Accountant is responsible to make sure that accounting records and bank statements are consistent at the end of each month.
Billable time allotted to this project is 5 hours per week.
