Accounts Management / Invoicing / Migration to Xero

I am looking to move from Wave to Xero platform for accounting etc .
I require someone 5 hours or so a week to help with the move of accounts etc from Wave to Xero Accounting
Also to help with accounting and invoicing , reconciling payments and paying employees as well .
