Accounting policies and procedures & Annual Budget

H.Y.P.E. is a youth advocacy and HIV organization that develops programs to empower youth to succeed individually and become leaders in their communities. Our goal is to transform the lives of children, youth, young adults, families, and communities living with and affected by HIV.

H.Y.P.E. to Empower is involved in providing community services, HIV education, academic education, counseling, medical support, social and professional support, as well as self and social empowerment.


We as an organization are at the place for growth and are in need of a couple of projects. This will be the first time creating the following plans and procedures.

1) Develop the proper accounting policies and procedures as well as assist with establishing the accounting systems. We use Quick Books and Bill.com

2) assist with preparing your annual budget with forecasting.


We are looking for individuals who have nonprofit backgrounds.
