Accounting...freelancer 1-on-1

I am the sole owner of an LLC (Naftoil LLC) based in Wyoming. We have just completed our first accounting year end on 31 July 2021, but have not started trading yet.
The LLC has had some small expenditures during this year (under $10,000) but no income of any sort and has not traded. We do not have any assets yet. I have registered it for Federal Income Tax and linked this to my personal social security number. I have already filed the LLC annual report with the Secretary of State in Cheyanne.
Can I ask you if I need to have a CPA produce a set of accounts and tax returns even though we have not started trading yet?
If so how much would you charge me to do this? I have already listed all the expenditure transactions and agreed with these back to the bank statements.
