Accounting consultant for e-commerce business in KSA
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
An E-commerce startup business specializing in the Perfume, Beauty, and Cosmetics segment is looking for a financial consultant to temporarily oversee the accounting aspect of the company and develop/build the finance and accountant department from scratch.
The requirements include but are not limited to the following:
1. Review the current situation of the business and define the required improvement points.
2. Suggest the structure of the accounting division, roles, and responsibilities.
3. Build the accounting reporting system and templates for the company.
4. Suggest accounting software to be used and build its structure.
5. Layout the financial guidelines and policies for the company (General policies, accounting, accounts, Estimated budget, collection, assets, inventory, procurement, penalties, financial reporting, etc)
6. Outline the Procurement and purchasing guidelines and policies.
7. Define and design the process for all accounting-related activities.
8. Budgeting and financial modeling.
The ideal candidate should have the following:
1. Provided similar services to E-commerce businesses.
2. Provided services to companies in Saudi Arabia and familiar with the financial regulations in the country.
3. Understand that it is a start-up and would probably offer a reasonable service fee.
Based on the deliverables, this can be a long-term project.
