Accounting & Tax Advisor with Delaware Experience
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am seeking assistance with the following itesm
1) Review of financial accounts: Our accounts have been prepared according to GAAP, but by a Dutch bookkeeper. They are relatively straightforward; we are a startup with no income. However I would like a practitioner, familiar with US tax treatment, to specifically review treatment of (a) an IP and asset purchase and subsequent amortisation, and (b) subsidiary accounts for a wholly owned Dutch company, also with no income.
2) Assist with calculations required for franchise tax filings: We realise we will likely miss the 1 March deadline. We have a large authorised share base, and so we need to use the Assumed Par Value method for this filing, and would require assistance with the calculations required for this.
3) View on whether any other extraordinary filings are required, i.e. do we need to file form 5472?
