Accounting Systems integration from custom web app.

Need to create a sync service that will push from a custom web application that contains transaction and purchase information into Sage, Quickbooks and Xero.
The application needs to be in C# and needs to accept Sales, Purchases and Credits.
Developer must have previous experience of integrating and pushing data to these systems.
Configuration and API key information to be stored in a configuration table.
