I am seeking an experienced accountant to manage the financial health of my new real estate company based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Financial Reporting: Provide comprehensive monthly reports detailing the company's financial status.
- Tax Preparation: Ensure all tax obligations are met accurately and on time.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is a significant advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's tax regulations and requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for clear and concise report presentations.
- Must have knowledge and experience in the Dubai Market in Real Estate Brokerage activities

As we are new, I expect around total of 100 entries each month 10 to 15 invoices
Explain the scope and entries that will form a part of your service. & the reports you will provide each month and the reports you will provide biweekly!
FOR THE 1st 12 months you will be required to provide reports biweekly and monthly.
Separate Excel sheet to be maintained for VAT.
Monthly P&L, Balance sheet and all accounting reports needed.
