Accounting (Quebec accounts)

I am looking for a freelancer to assist me with bookkeeping for my accounting needs. I would like someone who is familiar with Quebec accounting regulations and requirements. Since I am not familiar with these regulations, I would like the freelancer to handle it. The bookkeeping services will only be required one time.
