Accounting - Management, Cost and Financial Accounting

This project is about being able to make meaningful information from actual business operations of a dental surgery to evaluate business opportunities, cost management and business optimisation. The requirement is for csv that can be exported from the PMS and imported into Xero or Quickbooks to break down daily sales on individual categories and track COGS of each individual category. The break down has to be detailed to make informed management decisions on service codes that are most profitable, trend analysis to increase lead generation all aimed to maximise GP. As with any business not all costs are related to business operations eg staff facilities, staff training etc. These must be categorised individually. Once the appropriate CSV's have been created last 24 months of data must be loaded to develop financial cockpit as per the example attached. i currently have quickbooks if this can be achieved in QB by modifying the COA. Then happy to use QB, but I must have a clear method to track inventory consumed and create Purchase orders to restock and adjust prices based new prices which could change COGS.
