Accounting - Long Term - QUICKBOOKS, Bookkeeping & Accounting, daily reconciliations
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
This is a LONG TERM project with about 1 hour per day - DAILY
Candidate Requirements :
- Initiative and Competence
- You don't ask what you should do and how to do it, you KNOW what you need to do to achieve the objective and YOU SUGGEST the best way to do it.
- Excellent ability to work with excel
- must have excellent ability to build graphed reports in excel
- daily availability for one hour per day at at predetermined time - DAILY
- See above - responsive and available via WhatSapp messenger for one hour a day every work week day
Scope of the project :
- Bookkeeping in Quickbooks (must be familiar with the software)
-Loss prevention through monitoring daily merchandise shipments and identifying any potential losses due to package delivery problems
-Create and maintain profitability reports by type of merchandise sold
-Create and maintain records of daily sales and profitability on a daily basis
