Accounting Help for NGO Her Next Steps

We are a very small New-Jersey NGO (Hernextsteps.com) and have our EIN but not yet our non-profit status (hopefully soon). We have been raising funds for microfinance loans for women and are growing. I have tried to keep track of all expenses and support but need an accountant to help us! The first project would be to make sure we are keeping track of everything legally. Then once we are all keeping track properly I will need an accountant per month (I would think 4-5 hours a month?)
