Accounting Expert for Property Management via AppFolio

We have our real estate portfolio in US which will require the expertise in generally accepted accounting practice in US. Need to have a good understanding of real estate and property management and Appfolio. Looking for an expert to work with us for full-time in long-term as our team member for our multiple portfolios that are expanding. Tasks will include all the accounting & bookeeping, bank rec, ar/ap, mgmt reimbursement & fee, cam reimbursement, financials, tax preparation (we have an accounting firm for this so just need to prepare the annual financial docs in timely manners) etc. CPA or CA preferred.
