Accounting Consultant with SAP Knowledge

Need assistance with our accounting. We use SAP B1 but probably not the correct way. i am looking for someone to show how accounting should be done on SAP B1, and provide suggestions, support, and everything needed in order to build a solid foundation in our accounting department. The goal is to have a good structure & processes in accounting where our chart of accounts, financials, AP, AR, and every aspect that applies to us is correct & clean so it can be easily be taught to any new employee when they start & easily can pull finical reports. Currently, every employee handles things in their own way & their own style where only they can understand there work. What i expect from an accounting consultant is to tell us what a good & clean structure is & helps us implement it so our employees can work in the correct style & have uniformity. At the end of this project, we should be able to hire anyone & they'll be able to start working with little to figure out for themselves.
