Accounting Business Support Specialist Needed
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I'm launching a part-time accounting business and need an experienced professional to assist me with offering a range of services to my clients.
Key Requirements:
- **Services:** The services will include bookkeeping, financial analysis and tax preparation. You should be well-versed in these aspects and able to ensure efficient, accurate financial management for the clients.
- **Client Load:** I anticipate working with 10-30 clients on a regular basis. You should be able to support the business with this workload, ensuring the quality of services doesn't diminish even as the client base grows.
Ideal Candidate:
- **Accounting Experience:** You should have a proven track record in bookkeeping, financial analysis and tax preparation.
- **Software Proficiency:** While I plan to use Tally, experience with other software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and FreshBooks would also be an advantage.
- **Client Management:** Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously and provide high-quality, consistent service to each.
- **Communication Skills:** Clear and effective communication will be key to understanding the clients' needs and translating those into actionable accounting tasks.
