Accounting/BAS set up - Xero or QB or Excel

Pls only accept if you are across Australian accounting and tax standards. Also have accounting, bookkeeping and tax planning capabilities and are able to recommend the best accounting option for a new small business.
I’m looking for initial set up and training to allow me to manage accounting myself ongoing .
