Accounting Assistance for Previous Year's Transactions

I am in need of a professional who can help me to organize and account for my past year's financial transactions. These transactions are currently scattered over bank statements and need to be consolidated for tax filing purposes. I actually have no accounting software or tools in use, so proficiency with QuickBooks, Xero, or Excel would be beneficial in this scenario. There is an urgency to this as we are nearing the tax filing deadline for 15th April 2024 so the project needs to be delivered in a day or at max 2 days.
