I am looking for an experienced accountant to handle the bookkeeping for my small business. I am in need of the following specific accounting services:

- Bookkeeping: accurately recording and organizing financial transactions
- Tax Preparation: ensuring compliance with tax laws and preparing tax returns
- Financial Statement Preparation: creating accurate financial statements for analysis and reporting

Currently, I do not have an accounting system in place, but I am looking to implement one. Therefore, knowledge and experience with accounting software and systems is essential.

With a small business, I have less than 100 financial transactions per month. Therefore, the ideal candidate should have experience handling small-scale accounting tasks efficiently and accurately.
