Accountants

Freelancers will be required to Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records
Perform 3-way matching to ensure purchase orders, delivery documents, and vendor invoices all align, and work with vendors on any discrepancies
Follow-up with locations on missing paperwork and ensure policies and procedures are being followed
Ensure vendors are paid in a timely manner and discounts available are taken
Keep information easily accessible by organizing, sorting, and filing documents
Other functions that may be assigned.
