Accountant needed to help balance / reconcile Xero

Australian Sole Trader Business - have transferred over from old accounting software which I was only using for invoicing not expenses and reconciling. Last two Financial Years have been imported and are up to date and accurate but unsure how / what to set opening balances to get balance and statement balance accurate. There was a period of time where I wasn't exclusively using business account to pay for business expenses and had some poor accounting practices. Basically need some help untangling and balancing Xero so that I can have simple and accurate record keeping going forward.
