Deliverables:
- Setup of QBO chart of accounts to reflect business model
- Setup and define the woocommerce integration parameters (defining which accounts to post with certain triggers and actions)
- Create automated posting to keep data entry to a minimum. Including POs, invoices, delivery notes, payments, etc.
- Supporting manual defining action during certain events and other instructions
- Clear documentation and workflow on processing expenses, reimburse for employees, etc.
- QBO ready to operate from online orders
- Setup reports, reminders, and email triggers
- Enter about 150 transactions to date
