Accountant for New Small Start-up
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am registering C Corp in Texas through attorney/ online way. Now, I need someone to do following things for this corporation:
1) Bookkeeping/ Accounting - We will have expenses only in 2023 so track in QuickBooks or other ways
2) C-Corp Compliances - Regulation, Maintenance.
3) We will prepare a tax returns in USA for 2023?
4) I am planning to withdraw some funds/expenses - how to track it? Similarly my partner will invest - how to track it.
