Accountant / bookkeeper

We are looking for a long-term accountant and bookkeeper, which resides in Malta, for our international e-commerce company.

The candidate must be able to provide the following services:

Quarterly:
- Bookkeeping and Financial Statements
- Completion and Submission of VAT Returns
- Completion and Submission of VAT Recapitulative Statements
- Tax Return Completion & Submission
- OSS Reports – The scheme covers supplies of distance sales of goods and business to customer (B2C) supplies of services by taxable persons established in the EU as well as deemed supplied made by electronic interfaces facilitating in supplies of distance sales of goods made within the EU and certain domestic supplies of goods. A report is required to be submitted on a quarterly basis.
Annually:
- Audit Assistance
- Annual Renewal: - This covers the completion and submission of the Annual Return and Beneficial Owner forms and the preparation of the Combined Register.

You will need to have a high attention to detail, excellent Excel skills and be able to communicate effectively in English.
