Accountant Needed for Transport Company

We're a transport and tourism company in need of a dedicated and experienced accountant. Our goal is to streamline our financial tracking and reporting process with the help of Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create payable and receivable sheets for the company
- Set up comprehensive tracking for drivers' payments, including salary, bonuses, fuel reimbursements and trip commissions
- Develop sheets for easy data entry and tracking of company's balance sheet and profit/loss on a monthly basis
- Prepare all financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement

Skills and Experience Required:
- Proficiency in Excel
- Previous experience in accounting, preferably within the transport or tourism industry
- Strong understanding of financial statements and ability to prepare them regularly
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

All our data will be stored in a OneDrive folder that we will set up together. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional to help us manage and understand our company's financial health.

Financial reports should be prepared and reviewed quarterly. Communication will be conducted on an as-needed basis for updates and queries.
