Accountant/Auditor needed in Hua Hin or Pranburi
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Our business in Hua Hin must soon submit their first financial statements for 2021. Since December 2020, we have registered 5 Thai Company Limited. 4 of them are inactive, so they have no real assets/liabilities, no revenues, no expenses in 2021. They are dormant for now, but we may start using them in 2022. So we need to do the minimum reporting to keep them compliant.
The only company that needs a bit more work is C LLC. They have no registered employees at SSF (all involved people work for free for now) and the company didn't have any revenues yet. However, we have kept all the invoices of p[ayments for the company in 2021 (e.g. office rental, dormitory and food for the team, travel expenses etc.) We want to record such expenses, report a loss to the Revenue Department for 2021 so that we will have tax credits for 2022 and after when we expect to generate profits.
The company has its registered address in Hua Hin/Pranburi and thus we need an inexpensive accountant helping us with this urgently.
