Accountant

I am owner of a small business with relatively simple financials.

I am looking for an experienced accountant to provide ongoing bookkeeping, tax accounting and financial statement analysis services on a monthly basis using Xero.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong background in Australian Business Activity Statement (BAS) reporting
- Expertise in accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Xero for financial analysis
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis
- Excellent communication and reporting skills to present findings and recommendations

Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly financial statement analysis to assess the financial health and performance of the company
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in financial data
- Provide insights and recommendations based on the analysis to support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial analysis
