Account Set Up - Quick Books

I want to set up my Quickbook Online from 2022 onwards. Construction company based in U.A.E. currently all content in excel. Must do bank account reconciliation, petty cash closing, update sales register , client and supplier details , update project expenses and income, profit and loss statement,

Over 3000 bills to be entered.
Once set up - shall look at monthly maintenance contract.
