Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, in this role you will be responsible for the company's Australian ledgers and will contribute to the company's core values and excellent team culture.
We are looking for an outgoing and energetic professional with 3+ years of experience managing the Accounts Payable process. You will be comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels and can confidently build relationships across the business.
Your responsiblities will include:
The end to end Accounts Payable process for overseas and domestic vendors
Reconciliation of supplier statments to check for unaccounted invoices, credit notes, adjustments and monitor payment processes;
Managing company credit cards and fleet administration
Crypto Bookkeeping/Payroll
Facilitating process improvements and providing ongoing support for business users.
