Payments BPGenerating payment applications1.Payment applications are generated based on approved purchase orders (prepayment),actually posted invoices (deferment) or salary accruals.2.Whencreating a document for the purchase of goods or services,managersindicate the payment method BANKand specify the terms of payment.3.The bank accountant starts generation of payment applicationsin the system. Payments should be grouped by vendorsin order to save on banking fees.4.Determines from which current accounts a certainpayment will be made.5.Reconciliation with Cash Flow Budget (CFB) –there shouldbe a check on the balance of the budget in the context of the cash flowitem;if it is exceeded, there must be a notification.6.Submittingfor approval.Approving payment applications7.The application can be rejected or approved;in case of rejection the initiatorgets a notification.8.If the application receives the Approved status, it is transferred to the Bank Payments Journal corresponding to the bank account selected in the application, that is, the bank account from which it is planned to make payment.9.The approver may be temporarily unavailable and approvals in this case will bemade by a substitute.10.The third stage of authorization isFinancial Director.Exporting payments to the client bank11.It is planned to automate the export of payments from the system to the Client Bank.Importing a bank statement1.The bank statement is posted daily at 11:00 on the business day following the payment day.2.For prepayments, accounts 3711 and 6811, 3712 and 6812 must be used.Accounting for corporate cards1.Account 313 keeps records of corporate cardsissued to sales representatives for making payments duringbusiness trips.2.The accountant downloads astatement for the account linked to the cards into the system.Currency purchase/sale1.Account 314 is used as a transit account when receivingproceeds in foreign currency, part of which is subject to mandatory sale. Then 70% of the currency amount goes to account 312 and 30% of the mandatory sale amount is credited to account 311 at the selling rate. Accounts 333 and 334 are used to purchase currency.
