Project Description:
We are seeking an approved Xero specialist who can assist us with the setup and configuration of our Xero accounting software. Our specific requirements and guidelines for the setup are very important to us, so we are looking for someone who can pay close attention to detail and follow our instructions accurately.
Tasks:
- Xero setup and configuration
- Ensure all necessary accounts and categories are correctly set up
- Configure bank feeds and reconcile transactions
- Customize templates and reports to meet our specific needs
Requirements:
- Prior experience with Xero setup and configuration
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills to clarify any requirements or guidelines
Ongoing Support and Maintenance:
We will require ongoing support and maintenance after the initial setup, on a regular basis. This includes assistance with bookkeeping, data entry, financial reporting, and analysis. We are looking for someone who can provide reliable and timely support whenever needed.
