ACCOUNTING SYTEM
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I am looking for a freelancer to develop an accounting system for my business.
FIRSTLY - I need an OCR system to:
1) read PDF bank statements and credit card statements
2) enable allocation to expense categories
3) remember which supplier names belong to which expense category such that after several months most expenses will be automatically allocated - and the only manual process is allocation of new suppliers
SECONDLY - I need monthly and year-to-date expense reports for our family
Your price needs to include the above plus manual allocation of the suppliers to expense categories for our statements from July 1st to Dec 31st.
