We are an LLC company in DELAWARE, USA, consisting of two members, who are tax residents of Greece.
The company was incorporated in March 2022, has an EIN, and in 2022 had no revenue (zero revenue), no expense, and no employees.
We need an accountant to prepare and submit the tax return to the IRS for 2022.
At the present stage, we are interested in reasonable and fair remuneration, precisely because there is no income from our side.
