AR Reconciliation & Payroll Setup

I need a reliable accounting professional to keep two areas running smoothly: payroll and accounts-receivable reconciliation.

Payroll
• Platforms in use: Gusto and OnPay.
• First priority is registering the required state withholding accounts in every state where our clients have employees, then linking those accounts correctly inside each platform so taxes file automatically.
• Once the setup is complete, I’ll rely on you for ongoing payroll runs, tax filings, and quarter-end reports.

Accounts Receivable
• Reconcile the AR ledger against bank activity and customer records, identify any unapplied payments or aged items, and clear discrepancies so monthly statements are accurate.
• Provide a clean aging report at the close of each month with notes on any balances that still need follow-up.

Acceptance will be based on:
1. All active state withholding IDs reflected inside both Gusto and OnPay.
2. First payroll cycle processed with zero rejections or tax errors.
3. AR aging report delivered, matching the general ledger balance to the penny.
