Accounts Receivable Specialist Needed

I need help to reduce our accounts receivable balance of $95K.

Key tasks include:
- Following up with clients on outstanding balances
- Improving our collections process
- Setting up automatic billing for recurring clients

We currently use FieldPulse CRM (syncs with QuickBooks Online) and accept multiple payment methods: checks, credit/debit cards, ACH, and bank transfers.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Experience in accounts receivable and collections
- Familiarity with FieldPulse and QuickBooks Online
- Strong communication skills and client management

I require an initial commitment of 2–4 hours per week. An in-house office manager will assist during onboarding.
