I am a serious seller in the women ethnic category (Saree / Fabric). Currently active on Meesho and planning structured scaling. I am also open to Flipkart account management if you have experience.

I am looking for a professional eCommerce Account Manager who can handle:

• Listing optimization
• Ads management
• Return reduction strategy
• Profit-focused growth
• Structured execution system

My goal is long-term brand building with stable profit, not just short-term order increase.

Scope of Work
1️⃣ Listing Management
• Optimize titles, keywords, attributes
• Improve pricing strategy
• Upload and manage new SKUs
• Work with photos & videos provided by me
• Complete listing optimization within defined timeline

(I will provide ready photos/videos in advance.)

2️⃣ Ads Management
• Campaign setup & scaling
• Budget planning
• ROAS & contribution margin tracking
• Reduce dependency on high ad spend

3️⃣ Return & RTO Reduction
• Category-specific strategy
• Listing clarity improvements
• Quality positioning
• Customer expectation management

Work Structure (Important)

I believe in system-based execution.

• I prepare content (photos/videos) 1 month in advance
• We will maintain a 1-month buffer pipeline
• Clear daily / weekly / monthly targets
• Work should not stop due to travel, emergency, or delay

Required Experience

• Managed Meesho seller accounts
• Flipkart experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Women ethnic category experience preferred
• Must share proof of past performance
• Must understand net profit, not just revenue
