I am seeking proposals from qualified individuals or agencies to assist with the creation and initial setup of a professional eBay seller account. This is not a job offer at this stage—I am currently collecting bids and exploring my options before committing to a service provider.
Scope of Work (What I Need Help With)
Please include in your proposal how you would handle the following tasks:
Account Registration – Creating a new eBay seller account (or reactivating/upgrading an existing one) with accurate business or personal details.
Verification – Assisting with phone, email, and bank/payment method verification (PayPal / managed payments).
Store Setup – Configuring my eBay store preferences, return policies, shipping options, and payment terms.
Listing Templates – Designing basic listing templates or optimizing my first 5–10 product listings.
Policy Compliance – Ensuring the account follows eBay’s current seller policies to avoid holds or restrictions.
Security Best Practices – Advising on passwords, 2-factor authentication, and linking to my bank account safely.
My Requirements for Bidders
Proven experience with eBay seller accounts (please share examples or references).
Clear communication in English.
Ability to complete the work within [e.g., 5–7 business days].
Willingness to sign a simple NDA/confidentiality agreement.
INSTRUCTION FOR BIDDERS – YOUR EXPENSES & FEES
Please submit a fixed-price quote or hourly rate that includes:
Your service fee (the amount you charge for your time and expertise).
Any third-party expenses you anticipate (e.g., listing upgrade fees, subscription costs, or software tools) – and specify whether these are billed directly to me or included in your fee.
Payment schedule (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% upon successful account approval).
