Xserver.jp Registration Help

I need a Japan-based user to open an Xserver.jp rental-server account on my behalf. Xserver restricts sign-ups to residents, so your local address and phone number will be required only for the initial registration step; once the account is active I will take over billing with my own payment method.
I am leaning toward the Business Plan and am happy with the standard configuration, yet I still want a brief chat to confirm that this is the best fit before you press the final “Apply” button. After that, you register the account in my name (I’ll supply the personal details that should appear on the contract) and pass me the login credentials and any verification emails.
Acceptance criteria
• Account fully activated on Xserver.jp under my provided details
• Business Plan (unless we mutually decide on another during our short call)
• All confirmation emails and control-panel access handed over to me within 24 hours of registration
