Virtual Assistant for Client Management

AI Wealth Pro (AIWP) is seeking experienced Virtual Assistants to join our remote team as Personal Client Managers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end relationship for a defined client segment. Your duties will include conducting performance reviews, analyzing trading metrics, preparing concise reports, triaging support tickets via Discord, and recommending strategy enhancements and upsell opportunities.

Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in general client success or account management
- Strong English communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret trading metrics
- Proficiency with Zoho CRM and Excel
- Ability to prepare detailed performance reports or dashboards

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Background in fintech or trading is a plus
- Experience with CRM and helpdesk tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
