Virtual Assistant Account Management
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m looking for a self-directed virtual assistant to keep my admin life in order so I can stay focused on client work. You’ll be overseeing all of my accounts—social, email, financial, and our tasking hub on Monday.com—while keeping my calendar and proposal pipeline moving.
Key responsibilities
• Monitor & respond on all social media channels, keeping engagement professional and on-brand
• Triage my Outlook inbox, draft or send replies, file attachments, and maintain inbox-zero
• Reconcile transactions and upload receipts so my financial records stay current
• Own Monday.com task boards: create tasks, assign owners, track due dates, and nudge when something slips
• Keep the calendar up to date, schedule and confirm meetings, and handle last-minute changes
• Draft, polish, and send proposals; log approvals and follow through on any documents that need to be signed
You should already feel at home inside Monday.com, Outlook, and the standard social platforms. Basic bookkeeping or accounting software know-how is a big plus.
Hours & pay
I anticipate 5–15 hours a week to start. I’m comfortable paying in the $10 – $25/hr range, aligning rate to proven efficiency and initiative. There’s room to grow the role if everything runs smoothly.
If this sounds like your wheelhouse, briefly outline your Monday.com and financial-account experience, note your preferred working hours in EST, and include the word “Organised” somewhere in your message so I know we’re on the same page.
