Urgent Outlook Access Fix Needed

My Windows 11 work laptop has two Outlook profiles; one of them stopped working after its .ost file disappeared from the C:\ drive. I ran the built-in Outlook repair tool but still can’t open or sync that mailbox, and I need to read and send messages within the next hour.
