Urgent Account Deletion Help

My profile has been taken over by an unknown party and projects are being posted without my consent. I’m looking for someone who can walk me through a clean, permanent deactivation so the account can no longer be misused.

What I’ve done so far
• Contacted the platform’s support team; they referred me to Fair Trading but that route hasn’t produced results.

What I need from you
• Step-by-step guidance—or direct assistance if possible—in reaching the correct administrator channel to have the profile removed from public view and ultimately deleted.
• Confirmation that all linked data (payment details, messages, project history) will be wiped or at least locked so the attacker cannot exploit it further.

Ideal background
• Experience with platform account recovery or security escalation.
• Familiarity with Fair Trading or similar authorities is a bonus, but the immediate priority is shutting the account down.

Deliverable
A clear set of documented actions (or completed actions if you have direct access to the right contacts) that results in the profile being fully deactivated. I’ll confirm closure once I can no longer log in and the page is no longer public.
