To finalise the onboarding of my TikTok Shop, the platform asks for a US-based representative who can submit verified identity and address information on my behalf. You would act as that representative by providing:
• A clear scan or photo of your valid US Green Card (this will be the official ID TikTok stores on file).
• A recent utility bill showing the same name and US address, dated within the last three months.
No other documents are expected by TikTok for this application, and I will handle every remaining step of the sign-up process myself. Your details are used only once during the verification stage; after approval you are free of further obligations.
All data you share will be uploaded directly to TikTok’s secure portal while we are both on a live call or screen-share, so you see exactly where it goes. Once the shop is activated I will immediately delete any local copies and send you written confirmation of removal.
Acceptance criteria
1. Green Card image and utility bill pass TikTok’s automated KYC check.
2. Shop status changes to “Live” without any compliance flags.
3. Written confirmation of data deletion delivered to you.
